My toddlers and other sims weren't affected by the face bug that came with the growing together patch, i also just got that pack a few days ago and the bug was there before that, so i don't think it's related to growing.

And all the staff on her is gone too. My game is completely up to date and i can’t play it without installing the most recent updates and it’s pretty much made the game unplayable for me since my active household was a single sim starter and now it’s her, her dogs, and her infant twins
