I've emailed but gotten no response Now, i'm unable to login with my password and security code, it says i've not entered the correct security code I'm honestly not sure how to proceed at this point, i don't know if i need to get an attorney to draft a letter or what since etrade has apparently hijacked my account at this point.

Etrade asks phone verification at login but then fails
Hello guys, as per title
Haven't logged in my employee stock plan in etrade for a couple of months, if i try now, immediately after i enter user/password, it asks me for a mobile number I punch in my number but it says it's not supported. I tried the only two numbers i had and neither is receiving the sms What are my other options to confirm the identity?
If you having issues with loading certain aspects on etrade it may be your browser My portfolio and my options information were not loading when i logged to my account through chrome I logged in through internet explorer and everything works fine Decided that increasing security on my e trade account was a good idea, and e trade suggested symantec’s vip access, so i downloaded to my iphone
I opened it and it showed an id and a code that changed every 30 seconds
I checked the 2 factor box at e*trade, inserted that id and the code and i was set Nowhere was i prompted to register on the app Also added the app to my ipad, and it got. Truer/etrade current search is within r/etrade remove r/etrade filter and expand search to all of reddit
Even the customer service page is temporarily unavailable Is this a known/common issue? How to switch phones for 2fa with etrade account I recently got a new phone and would like to switch vip access to the new one
I went to the security settings and added a new authenticator
However, there is no way to switch to switch to the new authenticator. All told, there is no need to get out if you don't have a smartphone. Hello everyone, i had to reset my phone recently and reinstall the symantec vip access app, i think this unlinked my device from the e*trade 2fa system
