Delete the fafsa form under you childs account and go through the process again
When you get to the contributor info, send and invite to the parent with the fafsa.
I just talked to them on the phone and they sent me an email for account recovery support and said it would take a couple days From there they had send me an email to fsaidverify@ed.gov with the following information Id/passport (picture) i would give them a call It took me over an hour for them to reply
