All of a sudden a week ago, texts to iphone users with images will not send

Can i just transfer all google photos to the different new gmail account additionally created ? After backup/restore pics and videos in google messages are missing i performed a backup dec 21, 2022 and did a factory reset When i restored from that backup, none of my google messages app pictures were there Google photos, calendar and everything else was there after the restore but not in message pics or videos.
