Tried deleting the cache etc When i sign in, i select my personal account attached to the email address, and type my password Made sure the time is correct and is auto updating

Teams was signing in previously for the user, but has stopped working today
They can log to the teams web app fine from the same windows account.

The user was able to successfully log into teams. I share an office computer with several colleagues and when i turn it on i see the teams welcome screen with several accounts of those who have used it, including a former colleague who no longer works with us I want to remove her name, but i don't know how I have removed her account in the general windows settings, but her name is still there in teams and gives me a little trigger every.
