I logged in through internet explorer and everything works fine Etrade asks phone verification at login but then fails Hello guys, as per title Haven't logged in my employee stock plan in etrade for a couple of months, if i try now, immediately after i enter user/password, it asks me for a mobile number
I punch in my number but it says it's not supported. I tried the only two numbers i had and neither is receiving the sms What are my other options to confirm the identity? Even the customer service page is temporarily unavailable

All told, there is no need to get out if you don't have a smartphone. Krautboy06 locked out of account because etrade won’t accept my phone number i went to log onto my etrade app and after logging on it asks me for my phone number for 2 factor authentication I put my number in and it displays this screen I’m 18 so my dad still pays for my phone number but it’s the only number i have.
It's more than two hours since the markets opened and i still can't login Getting we're experiencing technical difficulties Decided that increasing security on my e trade account was a good idea, and e trade suggested symantec’s vip access, so i downloaded to my iphone I opened it and it showed an id and a code that changed every 30 seconds
I checked the 2 factor box at e*trade, inserted that id and the code and i was set
Nowhere was i prompted to register on the app Also added the app to my ipad, and it got. Can’t login into etrade hi, my 2fa security code is no longer working on etrade I did not make any changes but it stopped working today
