Internet connection is fine, other messaging apps work fine I can access the email with no problem but when my wife then tries to access the email on her pc, after logging in with correct username and password, the system loops back to the home screen again Been like it 3 days

This is since new bt update.
For the last week i can receive but not send email on my macbook
The emails just sit in the outbox and then after a while ask for me to confirm account password I have checked the account settings and the password is set. Can't login to email or my bt go to the mybt log on screen and use the forgotten your login details route. Email new login thanks peter
I've added my post to the growing number of bt email users posting on the email disconnections have returned thread who are also experiencing this problem. Stuck in a login loop i went through to tech support chat this evening and eventually solved the issue Downloading chrome (rather than using edge) allowed me to log into the webmail accounts (and i could log into webmail on chrome on my mobile).
