I use ddg as my homepage in palemoon and have done so for a couple of years.i have been looking at swisscows as a viable alternative.not certain if any forum members use it but it offers the same level of privacy if not more than ddg User of multiple puppy linuxes.upup,fossapup.scpup,xenialpup.pale moon 29.4.1 isengrim board warrior. I've added my own search engine plugins for mojeek, peteyvid, gigablast, wiby.org, swisscows, and searx for some time now Would be great to see some of them, as independent search engines added as potential default search engines to give people more options while informing people of their existence.
Swisscows i dropped early, iirc because it was too much like bing (another article stated it as such, and i think i took a quick look and confirmed) This despite swisscows claim that they add to the results.
