Aol email login issue with old phone number on iphone i cannot log into my aol email because it wants to send a text to an old phone number on file I cannot log in to change it and i have a lot of mail i need to get to Aol mail was not updating Go into my iphone settings>mail>choose email account, then delete it
After deleting that aol email, i then select to “add account” to add the email account back I had to login with password credentials as usual But my email account was restored and email updated I did that process for each aol account i have.

User name or password incorrect imap.aol.com i am unable to send emails from my iphone using my aol account This happened once before but after deleting the email account and then adding it worked again Sadly this has happened again i’ve deleted the account and i am unable to add any aol email accounts back on my iphone.
I have this issue also However, i do not have the aol app for my main aol email It is my email set up to show on home screen mail folder There doesn't seem to be a particular reason this happened
I did check into deleting the account but a message said items hadn't been.
