I just ran a one step update and quicken says that it completed my fifth third update Also, you may be able to deactivate all of your 5/3.

However, only three of my four accounts (2 savings, and 1 trio credit card) updated with zero transactions. You can login to 5/3 and export transactions and import them into quicken.clunky but it does work As of 10/5/25, i can no longer download my account information from fifth third bank

October 2021 edited october 2021 message from fifth third bank They advise not to attempt to add or update accounts with fifth third bank until this time frame has passed. I deactivated each of my four accounts and then set them up fresh again. Yes, quicken has had connection issues with fifth third bank since 9/27

Both quicken and 5/3 are aware of the problem Seems to be an ongoing problem with quicken and 5/3 and the connection issues do not get resolved in a timely manner
