My new 2016 soul, with a 2 liter engine, doesn't come close to the sticker epa mileage estimates I'm getting about 21mpg city, and about 24 mpg highway, the car has 3000 miles on it

This was one reason i purchased the soul auto auctions have no kia souls so value should be fine I was more worried about reselling my corolla as there are thousands forsale I bought new scion xb in 2005 and expect i will still get over 10k if i do decide to sell, it's all about supply.
