I intended to take a bunch of pictures and make sure i document my experience installing the sniper on my scrambler Toying with the idea of keeping the scrambler (wife has already agreed) but this will definitely require performing an engine swap to make it long distance at 65 mph and partly to satisfy my need to tinker I probably did not get enough pictures or take enough botes, but here goes
How GTA 5 Reveals That One of CJ's Goals Succeeded in GTA: San Andreas
To start off, i replaced a holley 4bbl carb mounted on an offenhauser intake

Just bought a 1983 scrambler and doing some restoration to it I want to get 35's on it but need to add a lift kit I have been told that skyjacker has the best ride but also should look at old man emu Need some experienced scramblers with some advice on these lift kits with the softest ride.
Ok, last week had a rough night and ended up blowing the fusible link that comes off the solenoid Went back the next morning and fixed that, and when jeep fired up i noticed my fuel lines were cracked coming off the filter (stock 1 inlet, 2 outlet) I'm trying to put together a list with photos of all the available tops that were available for the 8, 1/2 cab and full top Please add any information you may have and let me know if the info i have posted is wrong
#1 factory half top #2 soft half cab (db top) #3 half cab soft top.
Dedicated to complete builds, rebuilds and restoration threads from start to end. Looking at getting the bds 2.5 lift kit for the cj Bds recommends upgrading to the yj spring conversion kit for improved ride (wider springs and less friction) Anyone have any experience with this
Is it worth the extra $400 or should i just stick with the cj kit Had alcan 4 on a cj 5 loved them rode way better than the scrambler As for sway bars i had disconnects on both The scrambler i unhooked and rehooked a couple of times unhooked and removed the sway bar
The cj 5 unhooked and rehooked a couple of times, hooked them up and never unhooked again as long as i owned it.
I appears that cj owners either move the front shackle hanger forward about an inch to compensate or purchase a shackle hanger that moves that point forward
