The chat support claims that my signal strength is perfect and no ping drops, at the same time as i am seeing drops to both the cmts and the rogers dns I've done the ping tests, i've looked at the signal strength (had to default modem to be able to login) I'm assuming its an infrastructure issue at this point. The rogers prepaid shutdown does not impact the ztar brands or the rogers' chatr brand
