I've tried refreshing the apps on my puck but they it doesn't help
I can always get iplayer through my tv app when this happens so.
My tv supports 4k and i get uhd on other channels and apps, so i'm a bit baffled I have reset and refeshed apps etc, but no luck The iplayer application version is 32.37.5.0 an help much appreciated The bbc iplayer resource page indicates that sky q isn't compatible (yet) with uhd can i watch programmes in ultra hd on my connected tv

With regards to bbc, i want to 'stream' traitors and have it on demand so i can catch up on episodes when it suits me but i can't as 1 I can't record it and 2 There's no bbc iplayer in roi with other apps like channel 4 this is not a probl. Bbc iplayer has a habit of stopping in the middle of a programme and switching off
This happens randomly, sometimes after an hour, sometimes a little longer When in bbc iplayer half way through streaming a programme screen goes black If i do nothing it stays black Only way to fix is to put skyq to standby then switch back on, and then reload iplayer
