I left amazon a few weeks ago and tried signing into atoz as an alumni with my personal email however it won’t work Click on visit hr cases portal I try to put in my personal email and it just ends up asking for my badge username and password

As you are a newcomer to dsa, i suggest you follow a2z dsa as it tends to be comprehensive about what topics to be followed before going over a certain set of problems and the difficulty curve seems smooth overall imo Atoz does this literally all the time It will likely fix itself in a few hours If you take off, you will be deducted upt

Download the a to z alumni app and get access to past records, pay stubs etc.
I cannot login using my email address, and the app reverts to the old login way Go to your atoz app Scroll down and click on talk with hr chatbot A new window should open and you may need to enter your atoz login
After that, look to the bottom left and you should see something like create/view hr case (click on that)
