I spent more than one hour with the pnc support people I still cannot connect and update pnc accounts in quiken and have also lost a direct connection to pnc Direct connect has not downloaded pnc transactions for the last week. After a recent quicken update, i lost connections to pnc
When i try to add an online service, i am asked to authorize quicken, and i'm sent to what usually is the bank login page. Been on phone and at computer all morning and afternoon trying to get pnc direct connect working again. I recently switched my pnc accounts from web connect to direct connect When i sync quicken does not show any errors.
I continue to have periodic problems with transaction download from pnc, even though the connection says express web connect+.
I have noticed over the last month or so, that when i download transactions for my chequeing account at pnc using express web connect +, that it always misses at least one or two posted transactions forcing me to look at pnc.com to verify they posted then manually clear them in quicken.
