If it hasn’t been handed off to ups yet, how could they accurately estimate 90% of these come down to the shipper printing the label/tracking and not physically shipping the box yet That allows them to mark it as shipped to hit their metrics, without doing the work of shipping yet
Add a couple days for them to pull and pack and then ups.
