I didn't really like mei mei all that much since her introduction but i didn't hate her so i guess i was more neutral on the character but after seeing the scene in the manga i have to say it is kinda sus

From meimei's side, i do believe he was a regular and she enjoyed playing with him, perhaps she enjoyed the regular company and recognition of her skills I don't feel like it was romantic but perhaps she did admire him. Back in chapter 63, gojo is talking to utahime about the traitor and afterwards he says i'm counting on you mei and the scene cuts to mei mei receiving money from gojo
