Cap point conflicts have been a part of core factions for a while, with the points generally being contested in the past via patrols, scouts, and snipers
However, due to the currently extremely low cap point salary of 48 caps (maximum), there just isn't really an incentive to fight for these points or go for them, other than just busying the enlisted. Every week there should be a rp event for (insert faction name here) and mix up the factions every week so every factions gets a rp event
