Doesn't the myeval function run one cell at a time? Oscar lopez suggested that it might be that i need to use mcons for the whole program Myeval = evaluate(val1) end function and i put this formula =myeval(sheet2!c1) in say b1 in sheet1 and drag it down

This works fine for the first time
It takes in expression in sheet2:c1 passes it to myval, inside evaluates and returns the result
The issue is the moment i edit the string expression in sheet2, this entire formula returns 0. In blazor i use navigationmanager.navigateto(url)in order to change window location, but how can i use it to open a new tab with a specified url without having to invoke js on onafterrenderasync() After reading the bash man pages and with respect to this post, i am still having trouble understanding what exactly the eval command does and which would be its typical uses For example, if we do.
And the obvious reason is because in myeval, the eval function called is only executed in that function's scope, not the surrounding scope I was wondering if its possible to execute eval in the scope it's surrounding function was called, in order to extend the javascript function eval? (function() { var proxied = window.eval Window.eval = function() { return proxied.apply(this, arguments)
But this code is not working.
