Ok, i have my first injury

It is tennis/golfers elbow and it hit me like a train last night Anyway, i plan on taking a short healing break and then modifying my routine The question i have is for other tennis/elbow suffers. Have been doing a home made bodyweight routine loosely based on the convict conditioning principals
