We generally subtract days on therapeutic lovenox/heparin from the number of days needed for the loading dose at my hospital, especially if they were on it for a long period and/or they have a high bleeding risk. Second transfer was with lovenox and i made it further to 8 weeks… prior to 3rd transfer i went all in Lap with excision of endo and depot lupron for 2 months, lovenox, baby aspirin, metformin.

My understanding is that warfarin can cause severe birth defects and is a category x drug as a result. Lovenox burns and it’s my least favorite injection, however the only transfer where i even reached implantation, it was included in my protocol Not sure if that was the cure all, but that’s my experience.
