Learning processing dicom images and python, please bear with me for any silly questions I want to overlap the mr and ct images in 3d slicer, but since the ct image i have is cut from the lower part of the nose, many structures in the mr image do not correspond to the ct, so the registration process cannot be performed completely.

I am working on converting ct dicom image slices to volume which could be further used to display in 3d and. I'd like to be able to convert it to a run object such that i can then apply a styling change, something like I am working with 3d ct images and trying to remove the lines from the bed

Following is my code to generate the mask

I ran into the same situation investigating another issue (using python 3) Typically, when used in structure members, a pointer is used to store an array of. Visualising a 3d ct can be done in two different ways i) either render it into a 3d volume using an algorithm like marching cubes ii) either visualize the different views, i.e Sagittal, axial, coronal of the 3d scan.

I'm investigating a claim that the stored procedure sys.sp_add_ct_history is running and causing some slowness on a particular database after updating to sql server 2016 sp3 2 i have to train a neural net for semantic segmentation of kidney and his tumor, starting from the dataset available from the kits 19 challenge In this dataset, i have 100 ct scans for the training set, with a great variety in terms of size and pixel spacing.
