I tested everything from my nvme pcie drive to my hdd sata drive and i thought it might be interesting to share the results and get some commentary I have a samsung 990 pro, you are supposed to get close to 7500 mb/s read speed on this ssd but im getting around 5800 mb/s on samsung magician benchmark I just tried my crystaldiskmark6.02 and 7.0.0h and the gui comes up, but it does not start

I use crystaldiskmark and info, but kaspersky doesnt flag it as malicious, might be a false positive
I personally havent had any problems with it. Turned on pc, ran crystaldiskmark only rnd4k q32t1 until i got the first result, which was a good result (2000+) Launched a game for a few minutes, closed everything down fully. Just recently got a 4tb sn850x and decided to test it with crystaldiskmark and found something a little bit peculiar

If anyone has any idea why i am getting such unusual results please let me know I was running crystaldiskmark on a couple of ssd drives Both the exact same drive, but one seemed a little slower than the other for some reason I probably ran the cdm benchmark about 30 times on each ssd
Crystaldiskmark uses microsoft's diskspd which you can download and use the cmdline to run tests manually
