The check engine light came on, and the code is p0443, evaporative emission control system purge control valve circuit Hello, could someone give me the location of the purge valve on this truck I got a new purge solenoid, hoping this will cure the check engine light.

The electrical harness for the purge solenoid starts here above my finger and in my chrome loom
That harness runs to the connection that the solenoid is attached to under my finger and would be hard to see if disconnected from the solenoid.
I've searched and cant find one hanging anywhere in the engine bay I have two lines coming off of the throttle body into a y connector then straight down to the vapor canister Should there be a solenoid in between the y and the canister? Where is the evap solenoid on my 1994 ford f150 5.8l efi? it's located on the evap line that goes into the throttle body, coming from the evap canisters

Begin the installation by removing engine covers and hoses to locate the purge valve Remove the purge valve from the mounting bracket, detach the harness connector from the valve, and disconnect the vacuum hoses from either side of the purge valve
