I believe that dolby vision on windows requires apps built using the media foundation framework which is what the windows store apps generally use, however kodi uses the desktop directx api's, so i don't think this helps with getting kodi to play dolby vision Rebooted lg c2 tv, ran kodi and then followed his directory path so click However i'm far from being an expert in this area

For kodi to use the media foundation framework would likely be a huge task.

If i download a.zip file from a web browser and save it in the download folder kodi 20.2 does not appear in the download folder when i go to install from zip file, it's like there is nothing in the folder where i would have just saved a.zip too

It's already a few months now since the last kodi 21.1 appeared.and there is nothing on the news section about kodi 22.0 (or kodi 21.2?) any news?
