I have a 4029 exemption. H&r online isn't as nice as turbotax online overall, but supports this tax exemption just fine. Instead, enter βform 4029β on the dotted line next to schedule 4 (form 1040), line 57. to do this in turbotax desktop, switch to the forms view and open form schedule 4.
