I would use that kind instead of some generic substitute 2009 vibe steering rattle by olsjason » sun feb 12, 2012 8:52 pm hello, i recently purchased a 2009 vibe 1.8 fwd, and as soon as i got it home i noticed a rattle coming from the steering column area It is best to use real ac manifold gauges to check and fill the system if needed

That way you can read the high and low pressure to make sure the system is operating properly, and not over fill it
I know in the states, several auto parts places rent the gauges out and you.
Vibe 2009 just started to slowly idle worse and worse Ignition plugs changed, spark plugs changed, throttle body cleaned, mfs changed, and diagnostic done by dealer. The vibe's headlight housing rubber boot is about 1cm deep and fits perfectly over the barrel of the halogen bulb The assembly i used only had about 2mm of space on the barrel, which required folding and flexing the rubber boot to make it fit
Fortunately the rubber boot is very flexible (at least in the summer). I've owned my 2003 vibe for a little over a year now and i've been fairly empressed with the stock speakers but they've always left something to be desired Ever since school started again i haven't been able to work so my funds are limited so. My first vibe was a 5 speed manual, and i was a victim on the premature bearing failures in that tranny, so i don't recommend them, although others haven't had issues
My other vibe and the matrix have auto trannies, and those trannies have been issue free
I prefer the nose on the 03/04 over the 05/08s, but that's token. I have a 1.8l 2009 vibe with a little over 99,000 miles on it I was wondering if anyone could tell me what maintenance schedule is on these cars At how many miles/years should these things be changed
Coolant, transmission fluid, brake fluid, spark plugs, air filter, and the cabin air filter If i'm forgetting anything please let me know Fantastic thread, used it on my vibe The principle is there, and when i went to my local advanced auto parts the parts guru said he used to use this same trick back in his day, so i was sold.
Aftermarket radio by edennis » wed apr 20, 2016 10:16 pm can someone point me in the direction of a cheap aftermarket radio to replace the broken one that came with my 04' vibe?
