She is arguably now one of the best main dps as well as support character in genshin impact, and with good gear, she makes all the currently available content in the game very trivial. Melt ganyu has higher dps potential, but is clunkier I do want to say first that i do not want to urge or instill fomo into any of my fellow ganyu mains, so prioritize first your pulling plans and personal/financial health

Right now, i have aqua simulacra and an unbuilt amos bow, but i was interested in the first great magic, since others are calling it her new bis.

At the time, i did not know much about the game or which characters to pull on Initially, i did not like bow characters since i play on ps but have gotten used to it now I have good collection of characters from all elements except for cryo Qiqi is the only 5star cryo i have
I have most 4 stars Plus ganyu looked adorable in. As a c6 ganyu owner this pretty much somes it up perfectly C6 is the biggest spike, so personally i wouldn’t go for c1 unless you go for c6

Ideal crit rate for ganyu i just joined this sub this morning and seeing people said ganyu should have crit rate about 40 to 60 is really confusing for me, my ganyu only have 30% crit rate but she did crit dmg like 7/10 times i shoot, so does crit rate really need to be that high ? A subreddit dedicated to the most 🐐goated🐐 character of genshin impact, ganyu Come get your daily dose of ganyu and participate in… You don't need to use melt ganyu though for everything and her burst can still be usefullnto break shield in a melt comp
Not to mention that venti burst combined with ganyu burst is straight up broken. If using freeze most of ganyu's damage will come from her burst and not from her charge attacks, so amos' passive is less important Polar star/high refined prototype crescent/skyward harp will have more impact so generally speaking, c1 is a better choice Keep in mind that in most cases c1 will be cheaper than amos to pull.
