That is certainly odd behavior Pnc bank suddenly disconnected from quicken and i tried to reconnect it but it is not working Anyone having issues again with downloading from pnc bank

Yes, pnc does support dc for all editions of quicken (starter, deluxe, premier, home & business) There is only one quicken software The various editions are simply different features being turned on or off per the subscription we are signed up for. We have an alert because pnc bank is making some changes on their servers and they are blocking quicken in the process
This situation was already escalated and we are currently working with pnc bank to resolve this problem, so please give us some time. Trying to reconnect to pnc bank for one step update, the pnc screen that you go to to verify your accounts has just said service unavailble for weeks and weeks now. I've been doing online updates to pnc bank without any issues up until about a month ago.
