Earn minimum 3.5 upper division gpa and minimum 3.5 psychology gpa by the time of graduation A bachelor’s degree in psychology provides solid preparation for students who wish to pursue a career in any field that involves people, including education, business, health care, sports, or community development. In order to graduate from csulb, students must complete general education/gwar/major requirements and have a minimum of 120 units (40 must be upper division) with at least a 2.0 in all gpas (overall, csulb, major)

Membership is open to graduate and undergraduate students who major or minor in psychology, have completed 12 units of psychology, have a psychology gpa of at least 3.4 and an overall gpa of at least 3.0. Keep in mind that psychology majors are as diverse as the subfields we study Just as there are many reasons why students are interested in psychology, there are equally as many career paths and educational opportunities that a bachelor’s degree in psychology can provide you.
