I've charged it back and left it sitting for a while and it kept the charge but as soon as i leave it connected to the car is gone in a night I took the tray out and cleaned/painted it I also took the grounds off and wire brush them before. The jetta takes a 5 watt and the golf a 10 watt
Both are the same globe size I use the golf bulb in the jetta the the tail lights are a little brighter The wiring diagram for the golf and jetta indicate the tail light wiring is the same nominal size (half a mm, i think), so there should not be any issues So i have been doing a lot of research on the mk4s and craigslist surfing and everyone seems to put a hefty look a me for the alh engine which got me looking deeper into the mk4 engines i eventually came to wikipedia page
