I kinda remember pikachu having a black tip/block on the end of the tail, the only reason i remember this is because back in 2012 when i was about 5 or 6 i was in kindergarten or after school thing i drew a scuffed looking pikachu with the black on the tip of the tail after i was finished gave it to the teacher never seen it ever again.
