British gas have got me questioning my sanity
I have taken out homecare cover with them but cannot for the life of me figure out how to access this
They advise me to login, but when i do, it just takes me to my normal gas and electricity account, and within there, there is no option to access homecare. For over a year, i have had british gas homecare four with a direct debit going out on the 1st of every month to british gas services (this is separate to my energy direct debit). Hey,so friday as i finished work, i got an email issuing me my final gas bill I was confused as i have not closed my gas account.

I have not been able to log into my british gas account for probably 7 months despite complaining several times now being told and i quotei’ve raised the fault you’re experiencing with our customer correction team to investigate further and make any neccessary amendments if that is possible.
Over a week ago i tried to get access to my british gas account and when i sign in it says either account is closed or there is a problem with your switch I have neither closed my account or switched
