It’s about asking the question, ‘how are you?’ with meaning, and really listening to the response. We don’t always have the confidence to start those conversations Our feet are on the ground, but our ambitions are above the clouds

Here is how we move from the getting to know you phase to creating something remarkable.
Is a campaign about connection and engaging in open conversations about mental health
The campaign asks individuals, communities, workplaces, friends & family to say hello and ask the question ‘how are you?’ in a meaningful way. This session provides an overview of the campaign’s history, website, resources, and online shop. The hello, how are you Campaign encourages open conversations about our mental health, and gives the tool we need to do so
It’s about taking the time to mend the social connections lost in recent years and to learn how to support each other. Our workshops aim to help you understand mental health and wellbeing and to be aware of some of the factors that can affect mental health We also explore some of the ways mental health and wellbeing can be fostered, supported and enhanced as an individual, in the community and in workplaces. Ask them the question, and use the hello framework to guide your conversation
You may want to attend or support a hello, how are you
Event in your local area. The campaign asks individuals, communities, workplaces, schools, colleges, friends & family to say hello and ask the question ‘how are you?’ in a meaningful way.
