Loomis is part of the tfi group who all offer dubious service Canpar and dynamex are a few of the other brands you might recognize I don't believe they have anything to do with dhl anymore and the loomis front office has had undelivered packages scattered about for years now. The loomis warehouse is absolute bullshit
Literally would rather drive out to south terminal at yvr to pick up stuff then going that deep into burnaby. It’s a disk edition headed to bc through loomis, they missed 2 estimated delivery dates and have stopped updating it
This is a nightmare and i’m starting to wonder if i’ll. Loomis tracking used to say expected delivery nov 17 at 00:00:00 but that's gone now and it's still in transit There is a delay in the tracking from them I looked last night at 10pm and had no update but just this morning it said departed edmonton terminal at 823pm last night.
Tracking hasn't updated in two days when it left toronto Loomis doesn’t even have any customer service options on the weekends and walmart is going to keep giving the copy/paste responses, so we’re just left in the dark
