No choice or direct or express web connect I get it that 'stuff' happens I select that option, login, link to my existing account, and it sets it up as an express web connect (as before)

The generic synchrony bank credit card profile didn't work.
I can no longer manually import downloaded transactions (.qfx file) into quicken from my amazon store card account (synchrony bank). I tried to reset the connection Does anyone know why my amazon store card stopped downloading with a transaction description in the payee It was very convenient for determining the category of each purchase
Since may 9 it simply indicates whether it was amazon retail or amazon market place. Synchrony bank (amazon.com store card and lowe's) has not linked for months Is this a synchrony issue or quicken issue. I emailed synchrony bank to find out why i can no longer use webconnect to download transactions into my quicken

When adding the amazon store card as a biller Deactivate, reactivate then finally added the amazon store as a biller Using r33.24 john nastasi quicken windows subscription member june 2021 Their position is that this is a quicken problem not a synchrony problem
Is anyone at quicken looking into this problem
