Cannot access secure websites (read 9156 times) 0 members and 1 guest are viewing this topic. I replaced avg with avast and it cleaned more off but some problems still lingered including complete blocking of some websites and hanging when attempting web searches using anything (yahoo, google, etc.) The problem seems to have originated with either a trojan.agent or more likely because it showed up most recently, trojan.hanam. Final verdict is up to an avast team member as they can exclude domains from a general ip block
We cannot as we are volunteers with relevant knowledge and expertise, so we can only advise. A website which i manage has been affected by some virus, obviously a trojan or malware Everytime i try to access the website the usual way by google or some other browser, i get a warning message and the site is blocked. When i browse using firefox,it doesn't move
