The follow option is so people can basically have a free page automatically set up along with a paid page (or not) But just like a free page, a lot of people will just follow for free and have no plans on spending You can change who can message you or even a tip amount to message in settings. Fansly and onlyfans have coomer, patreon has a similar one, does passes.com have some sort of site like that where you can get rid of the paywall
