Patients are allowed to join the conversations, but threads to complain about your experience at walgreens as a customer are not allowed. Wouldn't say it's the best job that ever existed, but i do take some pride in keeping a clean store, and like some aspects of dealing with the public. This is a community for walgreens stores

It turns out it is a tremendously understaffed operation with tremendously inefficient outdated systems The customers are the worst customers anywhere and i’ve ever worked retail over 20 years However, it’s not entirely the customers fault because customer service.
