Laptop doesn't find internal speaker

Troubleshooter runs and says driver problem fixed Still laptop does not recognize the speaker Restarting does not change the issue I noticed this about a week ago on a video call.

The speaker icon on taskbar mostly not responding after clicking it right or left unless i do restart to laptop As also it happens with the screen icons mostly.
