Certain users, with identical permissions and licenses to other users are unable to access repositories through the laserfiche desktop client
We are experiencing a couple errors, the main one appearing in the subject line, a secondary error appearing below.
We are investigating an issue where users may intermittently receive the user account name or password is incorrect [9010] when trying to access the repository. Double check that the user you are trying to log into the repository with is explictally named in the windows accounts, then try logging into windows as that user and login to laserfiche using windows authentication. That is correct, running activities can't update their connection profile even if you choose to update running instances when you publish a new version of a workflows
Use connection redirects to address the password change.
