The login executes but the 1st page after the login (the dashboard) freezes and stops responding I was away for a week and when i returned on 8 june all of my accounts in quicken classic except for ally bank appeared to stop downloading transactions about june 1 I’ve corresponded with ally twice about it

Was able to login and fund both accounts As soon as the aca deposits cleared, i am locked out of both accounts. I added a new ally bank account to my existing ally login
