Mitelcel never worked with my us bank visa, but did thankfully work with my new chase card Mercado libre doesn't work with either card
The bank rejected the payment because it needs authorization per chase, there was no attempt to run the charge I've also read that ml allows paying via paypal, but that doesn't seem to be an option. I use recharge app and telcel app Telcel app suck but it gives you an idea of your plan and the recharge app charges a commission
I've never been able to pay through the telcel app, it always rejects my bank card so i pay with paypal through recharge with no problem
