Click drive for desktop open drive folder.

If there's an app or web page that you use frequently, you can pin it to the shelf for quick access You can't add apps and shortcuts to your desktop's wallpaper or background Add, change, remove, or hide apps in your shelf add an app to your shelf To quickly get to your favorite content, you can customize your home screens
You can add and organize Apps shortcuts to content inside apps widgets that show information without opening apps You can place shortcuts in the shelf, and arrange your apps into folders in the app launcher But the inability to create desktop shortcuts was a conscious decision by the chromeos designers to minimize desktop clutter and run more efficiently.
Open the standalone app once installed, you can open the standalone app from your desktop
In chromeos, go to the launcher chat In windows, click start chat In macos, go to the applications folder chat In a chrome browser, in the address bar, enter chrome://apps and click google chat

Chrome apps in the chrome web store are only supported on chromebooks and won't work on windows, mac, or linux after december 2022 You can still use the extensions and themes that are available in the chrome web store. Why isn't a google ply app available for those of us that use a desktop or laptop as our primary home computer
