So i have created a quick video on how to get this working using lutris. I successfully copied my rainbow six siege steam files to the ubisoft connect folder and ran the game on ubisoft connect with my new account I unistalled then reinstalled ubisoft connect then before running the installer i right clicked it in downloads and troubleshooted it

It was a compatibility problem or something stupid idk
Either way after the troubleshooter fixed it i just saved the settings when it gave me the option and now it works perfectly
Now i have a better solution, so you can use the ubisoft connect interface Go into the ubisoft directory c:\program files (x86)\ubisoft\ubisoft game launcher from here, go into the property of each.exe files, go to the compatibility tab, go to change parameters for all users and check the launch as an admin option. I tried to talk to someone from ubisoft but its been 7 hours and they haven't responded Does anybody know how to fix this
To fix this issue all you have to do is go into ubisoft connect app and verify your games files New comments cannot be posted and votes cannot be cast. Ubisoft connect is required for most new ubisoft games You can't run ubisoft games without it
Make check at option run offline, restart launcher.
Here is all of the troubleshooting i've tried and had no success with The nvidia and ubisoft opening videos.
