This issue was also reported on nvidia. To try to receive a rollback from roblox support is not a quick thing done in a day with only one single ticket It’s a long process of going back and forth in email correspondence with roblox support I would appreciate it very much if you only vote after you have gone that route.
Hello, recentlly i got hacked and lost 72k robux during this process
I wanted to contact roblox and ask if i can get them back or do a roll back but its been 5 days from now (i made 2 tickets in 2 diffrent categories) and they still didnt answer I just want to know should i at least have some hope or they will not even read it, because last time before i wrote to them (not about my robux. What finally worked for me was tweeting at their support account and politely explaining my situation A real person stepped in after a couple of days Hang in there—you might try reaching out on social. When i log in to my account, i receive a “security notification” prompt telling me to reset my password through the verified email address
When i input my email in the “enter your email” section, it doesn’t show account associated with that email
The email was removed from the account i had this issue before, here’s the post link ( issue with “security. When writing to roblox email support all i get back are identical messages that completely disregard anything i’ve written in my previous emails
What’s the point of even mentioning names on the email if they’re automated responses anyway
