According to opera's sidebar gx control, opera is using 7 gigs of ram
According to windows task manager, it's 10 go
And according to opera's task manager, it's even more (there is no total shown but it's over 13 go) So i used opera's task manager to clean manually the memory by killing tabs, but obviously this isn't very convenient. I'm using operagx's newest version and every time i launch it with 2 or 3 instagram tabs or facebook tabs the memory usage of opera increases rapidly, it can be temporarily fixed by clicking to view the tab and letting it finish rendering the web page Hello, so i've been using opera gx for about 2 years now and in the recent months, i noticed that in the gx control my ram usage has been over 6 gb, however when i checked in the activity monitor, it showed that opera gx was only using 2.5 gb of ram, is this an issue that they'll fix soon, because it's starting to worry me when suddenly it goes.
