This is coming from me who's been registered a few months after anidex went up and still is posting torrents there today. Nyaa is simply a torrent tracker that anyone is free to upload to If what you meant was are there any good groups that provide translations then yes, because pretty much every fansub group + horriblesubs (group that rips official simulcasts) uploads to nyaa.si as there is no real competition. Nyaa helps a lot with that but i have even found shows that are not available there either or not active anymore because they were released before the old nyaa got shut down and the new emerged which didn't carry everything over
