So i called the air force personal and they said that there was a glitch in the system Every time that you check myfss it restarts you and puts you at the bottom of the list They are currently trying to resolve the issue When i stopped logging on to check it, it moved me up the list and i finally got the email after waiting for almost two months.
Go to myfss, look for ask a question, there you can catagorize your request and it will be sent to the correct people to review it

I'd recommend crtl f'ing by first two letters of sfsc and ctrl f'ing by any I can not figure out how to login to myfss without the webpage being reset/denied access Login with cac goes fine but then the page resets
